Apologies, this post doesn’t come with outerwear so a warning should be applied if you’re living in England right now. It does, however, come with a side of wit and mince pies (optional - you need to supply these yourself).

WHERE HAS THE WARMTH GONE? I thought last week was chilly but this weekend it has become icicle city. Even with three layers (including thermals), my entire body has goosebumps and I try my hardest not to leave the house.

Like right now for example. I’m sat on a bloody freezing train (because they decided we need aircon not heating) and using my MacBook on my legs for some warmth. Even my coffee is cold.

Okay, the weather rant is over now I promise. But just pretend that I’ve added a scarf and fairly warm coat to this look before trying it at home.

Theres been a few heavy posts recently about losing friendships, the decline of blogging and others so I thought I’d keep this one simple. Lets just chat about some of my top designer bag dupes on the high street, shall we?!

You’ve probably twigged by now that I’m a more affordable kind of gal. I have nothing against high end purchases but until I am in the realm of affording the pieces comfortably by myself - I don’t feel that its fair to start showing them off on here. Granted there is the odd coat or pair of shoes but you get my flow here..

Recently the high street has become a haven for designer bag dupes. I’ve spotted a few resembling JW Andersen, Chloe and even a nod to Gucci thrown in for good measure. This particular bag is similar to (XXXXX) but at only £29, its a teeny fraction of the price with gorgeous embellishments and Having previously studied fashion design and understanding marketing, its a pretty crafty way to make sure you’re in the spotlight as ‘the best dupe’ thus increasing sales.. but lets not get too scientific!

So below is two sliders featuring designer bags and the best high street dupes that I could find.

I’ve noticed there have been so many dupes for designer bags recently, always seems to be Gucci or Chloe in particular! Quite surprising how quick the high street have been to create dupes too x
