Must-Have Summer Styling with Shoeaholics.

Have I caught your attention yet? Who wouldn’t want to know about discounted designer shoes! I’ve been aware of Shoeaholics for years after an ex-housemate (whose bedroom was piled high with shoe boxes) told me how incredible it was for discounted designer shoes - up to 70% off retail price dontyouknow. I’ll admit that many of my purchases were made during uni hours with money that should have paid for my rent, but each pair was so worth it when my cupboard was filling up with designer shoes and now I’ve got the chance to work with Shoeaholics, I can share my love with you so that you can make better accessory choices too (or like me, shoes that can’t pay your rent but probably should have).

So I have two pairs of shoes and a bag to share with you today which were chosen after a lengthy browse of the website, finally deciding to go with some western-inspired black boots and navy Superga’s (because we all know my new love for navy).. alongside a structured tote bag which goes with pretty much everything. The shoes are definitely fitting with my style and I didn’t venture far from my comfort zone, but sometimes thats the best way!

So with the first outfit, lets pretend like I’m not totally late to the gingham party and just appreciate the simplicity of this dress teamed with some statement (but still black) boots. I’m a sucker for pointed toe ankle boots so these fitted nicely into my collection, adding a bit of difference with the toe details that kind of reminding me of Mick Jagger in the Seventies tbh. I guess the leather jacket was also part of the rock vibe that I got from the boots, too. Did I mention that I’m seeing The Rolling Stones on tour in October!?

The Superga’s were my safe option as plimsoles are pretty fool-proof with most outfits. I decided to keep it classic with the styling and grab a vintage inspired Levi’s tee and my favourite ripped jeans, with tan accessories to compliment the navy. I’ll be honest that Superga’s are my plimsole-preference because of their classic, retro look and huge colour range. They are also really comfortable from day one which is important when you’re always on the go.
