Current position: on my lunch break at work, devouring a houmous and falafel wrap with a large soya latte and realising that you are probably owed an updated body shot. When I started this challenge, I never thought so many of you would be joining in and encouraging me to pursue my need for change but the fact that you are is making me want to change more noticably. I’m so grateful to be in a position where I can inspire other people in different ways and if I can help you to find a routine that includes fitness and health then I guess I’m doing something right (even if I’ve not finished the journey myself).

My eating this week was much better with 85% of my meals being healthy and nutritious. I’ve been trying to think before I eat rather than over indulging, as well as drinking a litre of water a day - because I need to train my bladder to recognise any liquid that isn’t coffee! Next week I’m going to meal prep absolutely everything so its ready to be eaten and I don’t need to cook from scratch every time.

For exercise, the rut is still going strong. I can understand why people get help from trainers now because its so difficult to know moves and techniques without assistance. Blogilates has been a big help for me for my core strengthening but I’ve been hitting the weights and cardio the rest of the week.
Now lets chat about the transformation picture. Despite the fact that its probably the lighting, I think you can still see a slight difference between my figure now and two weeks ago. My stomach seem to be a little more defined due to working hard on my core this week and focusing most of my attention on building my strength there. My mind is still making me think that these pictures are a poor transformation but in two weeks, there won’t be much of a difference and I’m not going to have one of those insane ‘before and after’ shots that other people have - yet.

Overall, I’m pleased with my progress considering its only been two weeks and excitedly waiting for the future progress to happen. Let me know if you’ve got any plans for weight loss that you’ve found useful. I’ve been looking into ‘results with lucy’ but I’m not sure. Let me know what you guys think of these posts being section into each day so you can see more about my diet/exercise/mood for each of the days that week..
WHAT IM WEARING
Mesh Panel Crop: Nicce
Leggings: Supply and Demand
Trainers: Nike

This outfit is an ambitious one as my abs aren’t worthy of flaunting at the gym just yet and the images were taken at a little fitness shoot that I did with Char a while back (hence the lack of booty). I’m in love with the Supply and Demand leggings and the big branding, I’ve got so many black pairs that its nice to have a change up and they’re easy to wear out of the gym with a big white sweatshirt.

Well done! Sounds like you've got it into a system now and you look great!
I started Results With Lucy 4 weeks ago and I absolutely love it!! You can make playlists for different days and there's different cardio sessions including HIIT and dance.
I alternate between cardio legs and bums with cardio and abs for 40 minutes and have definitely seen a change along with healthy eating.
I've also started the yoga videos and stretching to do the splits So definitely recommend 🙂

Wow I'm honestly so impressed with your fitness routine you definitely seem very motivated! I'm trying to do a couple of meta got classes a week coupled with my pole dance class and yoga class (I feel the need to break up my excersise so it doesn't get boring) and my god my baby muscles are aching every day!

Good luck with the fitness I honestly love seeing these posts they really give me a kick up the butt of motivation!
