TOP OF THE FITNESS WEARABLES.

I’m still fairly new to the world of fitness, it took me until very recently to enjoy a workout and feel like I’m seeing benefits which is partially down to a lifestyle overhaul but mainly due to pushing myself more each session. I’ve even started a subscription to Womens Health magazine which is where I first saw light of the ‘fitness tracker’ world. I’m still curious as to know much a tiny device could know about my personal fitness levels - it hardly knows if I’ve just binged on a takeaway after a workout, does it?

Theres a wide range of fitness trackers on the market with some being more well known than others but all doing almost the same. I’m personally after the Fitbit Flex which monitors your fitness and sleep via a wristband and app, but the Garmin Vivo (which does virtually the same) also looks good for a similar price. There is also an Everlast tracker which is a fraction of the price and monitors fitness, although how well it works for a low price I am curious about.

I guess it all comes down to a brand you’d prefer, a price your willing to spend and whether or not you want to invest into the technology driven side to fitness.. but I know I’m certainly willing to give it a shot!
