So it’s a new year and January is almost over, which seems hard to believe! I’ve already discussed my goals and dreams for 2015, which so far seems to be on track! The YouTube news was a big one and getting up earlier has been hard but totally worth it, although I cannot wait for my next lie in!

Many of you will already know them, but I love all of the hand-made and gorgeously crafted jewellery and vintage items from Etsy. It’s a great feeling to support those who work hard on their crafts (like myself), and because they are not mass produced I can feel a little more individual! I’d also like (given I have enough time) to visit more charity shops in London. It’s a nice thought to know something you’re wearing has some history to it, however small it may be.

I feel like my (ever growing) shoe collection needs to have something a little bit different. I came across these Högl brown leather ballerina pumps over at Peter Hahn, and they look just beaut to me. They seem light as a feather but long lasting too.

I’ve been using some darker shades of lipstick lately, but I feel like I want to use complete pure black with a matte finish more often, like Illamasqua have on their website. I love how Lorde wears it, as her overall style is something that I think is just fab and really works. I did own Pristine a while back but it mysteriously vanished out of its casing - so its a new investment that I need to make.

Sticking to your goals is easy when you make realistic ones. So always aim high, but don’t discount the aim of simply being there for your friends and family and becoming a better person.
