Taking the windswept look a little too far and becoming completely blown away in this outfit. What you can’t see is the changing tent attempting to blow away and Tash becoming tangled in her hair (and almost a tent) trying to snap these pictures between giant gusts of wind. Oh, the life of a blogger.
This look is the second of my two-part perfect match campaign with Shoeaholics, showing you a day and night look and giving you an insight into one of my favourite websites for shoes and bags. This bag is one of the only smaller black bags that I own and its quickly become my everyday due to it fitting in everything that I need and being the perfect size for most occasions. I normally just hold it, but the longer strap is good for days when I’ve got other things to carry and just want to put it over my shoulder out of the way.
This outfit is the night look, featuring some gorgeous chunky heeled boots in a black suede which fit like a dream. They are £49 on Shoeaholics and so worth it. I chose to style up the shoes with this simple LBD from In The Style’s Binky collection. The oversized fit and deep V let the shoes do more of the talking and I really liked all of the contrasting textures. The hat is from Primark and it was perfect for bringing this look more into an early evening look, removing it if you’re going for cocktails or a hat isn’t appropriate.
WHAT IM WEARING
*this post is not paid however the shoes and bag were kindly gifted to me by Shoeaholics but all thoughts are my own.
