I have never really thought of Next as being my shoe stockist of choice - usually venturing for Topshop or River Island. However, when I went into my local store recently I discovered that they do have the most amazing range of footwear! You can buy from known brands such as Converse, Hunter, Vans, etc as well as Next's own branding which I like - it means you aren't stuck for choice.
The new season is proving to be really promising and I've already got a few items on my wishlist! I've only shown you one of each type of shoe below as other wise I'd of overloaded you with shoes!
I personally think that as long as you have one of each 'type' of shoe, you will always be okay. However, I think I own about 4 types of each so I need to stop there :)
The Welly | £74.95 [Joules]
A little pricey, but I love the bow detailing on the back and the insides are stripey!
The Flatform | £30
They do this shoe in plain black too, but you know me and my animal print - I couldn't resist throwing that one in there.
The Brogue | £30
Brogues are a staple to me, I already have some tan ones and I think these white pair would be a perfect addition. They're so simple but stunning.
The Riding Boot | £90
I've always wanted a pair of riding style long boots, these seem perfect. I love the simple design with the singular buckle.
The Trainer | £28.00
My love for animal print is rearing its head again, also my inner diva as I really like the bling detail on the front of the shoe! The laces are what caught my eye, they look almost like a giant ribbon which is cute and girly.
Tall Walking Heels | £50
I love the print down the back of these, it is so effective and makes the shoe a lot more modernised. None of the actual heels stuck out to me as much as this pair. They aren't massively high but I think the wedge lets other people think they are.
Ballerina Flats | £28
These are similar to the ones in Topshop that are on everyones wish lists, but I think they're a bit more feminine and pretty.
Cosy Toes Slippers | £16.00
How can you not like these? They're adorable! There are also zebra and other animal versions but the Owl really caught my eye. I love the pom pom ears and its cute little face - I'd probably wear these outside my home...
Beach Friendly Sandals | £23
These are yet again, animal print. I really need to stop and find another print to love. I like the t-bar style to these as they're not too strappy and not flip flops, almost like the perfect medium.

I've never been shoe shopping in Next either! I can barely make it in the shop when my mum wants to hit their sales, they're manic! This is a really gorgeous selection though, love the tall walking heels! xx
